Details:
1. 4 puzzles in total and comes with 1 X combination padlock.
2. Material: Wood (100mm x 10mm x 100mm)
3. When your purchase is confirmed, we will send you an email within 1 hr with a list of questions to answer and details of the gift's receiver.
4. Record a personal video message and send it in along with your answers for us to customise the puzzles of the gift.
5. Customisation will take between 2-5 business days. You will receive a notification when your gift is shipped our to the receiver

Shipping Fine Print:
1. 2 -15 business days based on the delivery carrier (As of writing, we ship by Poslaju).
2. We are not responsible for the delays caused by Courier service.
3. FREE Shipping for purchase of RM150 and above.
If you are located within Klang Valley area, same-day delivery options are available (ie: Grab Express / Lalamove). Extra delivery fees will be charged accordingly.

Return / Exchange Policy:
1. If the product is damaged when received, we will do a one-to-one exchange for you. To be eligible for the exchange, please return the package within 7 days of receiving it. The package must be in its original packaging, exactly as received and with the seal attached (if any).
2. We do not issue refunds once customisation begins. However, if you cancel your order prior to customisation, you will receive a full refund.
3. You can cancel your order before puzzle customisation begins. However, we do not accept cancellations once puzzle customisation has started.
EXPRESS SERVICE:
We do reserve limited slots for express customisation of the Enigma Box at first come first serve basis with an additional fee of RM50 per box. Kindly contact info@breakout.com.my for more information.
